Question from Ben Leavitt

Question:

How do ADA laws differ from state to state in New England regarding architectural accessibility?

Answer:

The ADA does not disturb other federal laws or any state law that provides protection for individuals with disabilities at a level greater or equal to that provided by the ADA. In VT for more information on architectural accessibility laws check with the Division of Fire Safety, Department of Public Safety http://firesafety.vermont.gov/code/ada. (add a link for the other NE states).
