Does the staff toilet room in a workplace have to be accessible?
A hotel room is occupied by a guest with a service animal. The hotel guest provides a mat for the animal to urinate on in the room. The mat has been allowed to overflow. The hotel manager wants to know if the hotel can do anything about the situation.
I have an emotional support animal. Where do I register it as a service animal?
A town has a warming shelter for homeless people that isn’t accessible. For people who need a physically accessible shelter, the town provides them with a hotel voucher. Can the town have different eligibility requirements for people who use the warming shelter vs. people who use the hotel voucher?

The single user toilet room complies with the 1991 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and the sink overlaps the space required at a toilet. Does the single user toilet room have to be renovated so that it complies with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design?

Our town hall is open and requires everyone to wear a face mask. We recently had a person who said he has a disability and therefore can’t wear a mask. I am concerned about the safety of our staff and other people from the public. What should we do?

Do taxi drivers have to pick up people with disabilities who use service animals?
Most of the towns playgrounds were built before the ADA was amended and are not accessible. Aren’t existing playgrounds grandfathered?
If an employer has a zero tolerance drug policy, and an employee tests positive because they take Suboxone, a drug used to treat opioid usage, as prescribed by a doctor, can they be denied employment?
