The Institute for Human Centered Design (IHCD) will showcase the newly released, award-winning musical, Best Summer Ever to celebrate the 31st Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Lead actor Shannon DeVido and co-producers Andrew Pilkington and Rickey Wilson Jr. will join us.

City of Boston Celebrates the 31st Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with 'ADA Day 2021'
July 29 from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm
There will be food and music. Attendees will be encouraged to participate in the civic engagement fair. This year's event will include a COVID19 vaccination clinic from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Appointments and walk-ups are welcome. The event is wheelchair accessible. ASL and CART will be provided. Massachusetts Statewide Independent Living Council (MASILC) to Hold ADA 31 Virtual Celebration
MASILC invites you to join them in a virtual event to celebrate the 31st anniversary signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. There will be submissions from Youth with Disabilities for Art and the ADA. The event will feature an ADA Past Present and Future interview and a panel discussion on independent living and anti-racism. ASL and CART have been requested. Registration is free and required.

2021 Summer Concert Series
July 22nd at 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
The Newington Parks and Recreation department will start its Edythe and Harry Mandell 2021 summer concert series. To celebrate the 31st anniversary of the ADA organizers will note the significance of the day. The event will take place at Mill Pond Park. Daily Planet will perform.
Abilities Walk and Roll Event
July 21st, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Come celebrate the ADA at Walnut Hill Park in New Britain on Wednesday, July 21st with the Abilities Walk and Roll Event! A one-mile walk will be followed by a concert by Soul Sensation at the Darius Miller Band Shell.
